Highly sensitive to the subtle realms, the elementals and the earthly soma, we are souls here remembering Source while creating Self through the process of embodiment. Allowing Spirit to take form and to transform constantly through our willingness to be.

With this awareness and choosing to listen to the earth, we open to a deep and intimate relationship with the Life itself. Anima exists through the Earth, sharing wisdom as intelligent plants and minerals, all sentients who have their own way in connecting with us and sharing their ancient wisdom. When we invite in their essence, we continue evolving as conscious beings connected to the heart of the earth, and eye of the sky, by which we find we belong to all life, through the collective heart.

The offerings below are a few of the blends that I have found incredibly supportive in my embodiment journey. I love learning and living with these conscious plants and each of these products are crafted delicately and reverently with deep respect and appreciation to each plant, each place they have grown, the land I am living upon, and the ones of this land & to where ever you find your feet in the Earth.

Forest Bathing Spray | $30 | 4oz

A clearing, grounding energetic spray to feel your roots anchoring in the earth, heart to heart. When you can't walk out in the woods, let the woods come to you. The most precious tree essences blended into witch hazel and distilled water.

Ayurvedic Bath Blend | $35 | 8 oz

This blend is based on a formula traditionally used in Ayurvedic practices. Featuring organic mustard seed, sea buckthorn, sea & epsom salt, baking soda, and an alchemy of high quality plant essences such as wintergreen, rosemary, lavender, eucalyptus and copaiba. This blend is best used in a hot bath when feeling a pathogen coming on, feeling exhausted or sore or simply craving an energetic detox.

This stunning blend of organic herbs can be used as a nighttime dream inducing tea, a gentle smoking blend, and/or a soothing steam. 8 oz mixture of rose, damiana, blue lotus, yarrow, chamomile, lavender and spearmint.

I am Embodied Elixir | $25 | 1oz

This elixir is a blend of adaptogen herbs to support the body respond to stress, anxiety and fatigue. Adaptogens can help to find the equilibrium by managing physical and mental stressors. This alchemy contains Rhodiola, Jiaogulan and Ashwaganda, alcohol, glycerin and distilled water and anchors us in the root energy center.
