Working with a multitude of vibrational instruments to amplify the energetic frequencies in your body before and after our tattoo session. This will clear energy, opening space to receive the fullness of your intention, and amplify harmonic resonation and connection of your tattoo.

Pacha Prana Breathwork 30 min

I will guide you to use Cyclical Breathing in a way to activate the nervous system, clearing and detoxing energy/ emotion in preparation for opening and relaxing into your internal space to amplify your intentions, awaken your presence and embody your Higher Self.

 

Body Practice 30 min

I will guide you through a grounding and relaxing practice incorporating Yin Yoga, Qi Gong, breathwork and mindfulness for self exploration of your body and grounding, honouring the expressions and activating energy to optimize the healing of our session and allow the body to come into a state of relaxation, harmonization and total surrender.

Plant Spirit Potions

Plant medicine will be provided as tea as well as tinctures to support your being. There are additional tinctures and essential oils available for sale.
